Jeff:
I went "hunting" for a Golub CD after catching you with Naked City on a jazz music video. Found you by chance at a Best Buy in Chicago and picked up Out of the Blue - great CD!
I'm not a big Jazz appreciator but I love Out of the Blue. The first time I played out of the blue was this past August - I was sitting outside one evening and happenned to be looking into the full moon sky when Indiana Moon came on - man, I knew I'd write this one down as one of my favorites. You really nailed that one.

Since then I've listened to Out of the Blue dozens of times - I love it! I've put it down as one of my top ten all time favorites - thanks for the inspiration. Come on Home is one of my favorite songs ever - what would you possibly be saying if you had lyrics in that song?

I hear some Stevie Ray Vaughn in your funkier stuff (Wanna Funk?) - am I close here?

Looking forward to seeing you on tour in the midwest.

Thanks for being so melodic and having so much so say with your guitar.

I was surprised to find an (extra) copy of Jeff's "Unspoken Words" CD in a local used CD store. Anyone interested?

The guitar stylings on "Out of the Blue" are excellent; they are uncannily similar to those of the late Eric Gale.
This is a superb recording!

I really don't even like "smoooth" jazz all that much (call it what you want) but OUT OF THE BLUE is killer guitar start to finish. I'll be hittin' the site for the release date of the next disc as well as dates in Philly or NYC. Thanks for some truly inspiring music!

hey guys--I would gladly for for Jeff as "best guitarist of '99" if I could only get the URL as to where to go adn vote. I was away and when I returned I hastily and errantly erased the e-mail containing the site. Much appreciated....
